However, if your art arrives damaged or if the wrong item was shipped to you, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you accordingly.
Please note that we only accept returns for:
- Products that were damaged during shipment
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product received
Returns due to damage caused by the buyer cannot be processed.

- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. After this window, all sales are considered final.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
