If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Reasons for Return:
We take great care to ensure that your art is produced and delivered to you in perfect condition. Before shipping, we conduct thorough quality tests to maintain our high standards. However, if your art arrives damaged or if the wrong item was shipped to you, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you accordingly.
Please note that we only accept returns for products that were damaged during shipment, have a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong product. Returns due to damage caused by the buyer cannot be processed.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Arttive
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to mydukaan.io/arttive, accessible from https://mydukaan.io/arttive
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
To be eligible for an exchange or return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. After this window, all sales are considered final.
For the exchange or return to be processed, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Return/Exchange Process:
i) Please email us with your order number and use "Exchange/Return" as the subject line.
ii) Clearly state the reasons for your return or exchange.
iii) Include photographs of the product in question.
Once we receive your request, we will review it. If all requirements are met, we will proceed with initiating a refund or exchange according to your preference.
We issue returns or refunds in the following cases:
- When there is a defect in the product.
- When the wrong item was mistakenly sent to you.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
