3. Can I cancel/change my order?
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly, and changes may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.
4. Is all the art on the website printed or painted?
In addition to digitally printed reproductions on canvas, we also offer wooden art and textured art that are handcrafted with precision. These unique pieces are carefully crafted by skilled artisans to provide a distinct and textured aesthetic. We take pride in offering a diverse selection of art options to suit various tastes and preferences.
5. What does the Rolled art option mean?
Choosing the Rolled art option means your artwork will be shipped to you rolled in a tube without framing. You can frame it locally according to your preferences. An extra 1-inch space is usually provided for framing. Gallery wrapping is not possible.

6. Where do you ship?
We offer PAN India shipping. Our shipping services cover a broad range of locations. Please provide your shipping address during the checkout process, and we will confirm if we can deliver to your specific destination.
7. How long will it take to ship my order?
The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe based on your shipping address.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on our website or the website of the shipping carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

PERSONALIZED STARMAP PRINTS
14. Can I make a Star map of any location in the world?
Yes, we offer personalized Star map prints that can be customized for any location worldwide. Simply provide us with the specific location you want, and we will create a unique map print for you.
15. How long will it take to receive my mock-up for approval?
Once you place your order for a personalized map print, our team will work on creating a mock-up for your approval. The mock-up will be sent to you within 24-48 hours for your review and confirmation.
16. How many revisions can I make?
We offer one free revision for personalized map prints. If you would like to make changes to the design after receiving the mock-up, please provide us with specific details, and we will make the necessary adjustments.
CARING FOR YOUR ART
17. How do I unpack the art properly?
When unpacking rolled prints, carefully remove them from the tube without touching the printed area. Place them on a flat surface, using the corners or back of the print, and allow them to naturally smooth out any creases caused during shipping. For framed prints, carefully remove the packing material, ensuring clean hands or using gloves to handle the art.
18. What are some tips to increase the longevity of my art?
To ensure the longevity of your art, avoid touching the printed area whenever possible. Keep your art away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing. Maintain a relative humidity between 35 and 55% to prevent damage from mold or brittleness. Avoid hanging prints near sources of extreme heat or cold, as well as areas with high pollution. Regularly dust the art with a clean, dry cloth.
